Return Policy

You can return most unused and unopened products you bought from us within 30 days of receiving them. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Before sending back your product, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

  1. 1. Contact our customer service team at jenny@frostedkale.com to initiate the return. In your email, provide the following information:

    • - Your order number.
    • - The name and quantity of the item(s) you wish to return.
    • - A clear picture of the whole package.
  2. 2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping

  3. 3. After we receive your returned package, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original order.

There are some situations where we can't accept returns:

  • It's been more than 30 days since you got the product.
