Shipping Policy


When you place an order with us, we'll make sure to process it within 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that we don't work on weekends or holidays. If we're dealing with a high number of orders, there might be a slight delay, but we'll do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. If there's a significant delay, we'll reach out to you via email or phone to keep you informed.


Here are our shipping rates:

  • Shipping in the US, UK, CA : FREE
  • Shipping Worldwide: FREE
As for delivery times:
  • US, UK, Canada & Australia: Expect your order to arrive 7-15 days after it's shipped.
  • All other countries: You should receive your order within 7-18 days after it's shipped.

Please remember that these are approximate delivery times, and there can be occasional delays.


Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with a Shipment Confirmation. This email will contain your order's tracking number, which should become active within 48 hours.


If your item arrives damaged, don't worry. Just send us some photos or videos of the damaged item, and we'll provide a replacement. If your order gets lost during shipping (according to the tracking information), we'll send it to you again at no extra cost.


Make sure to provide accurate shipping information. We can't be held responsible for undeliverable packages due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping details provided by you. Typically, packages get returned for two main reasons: an incomplete address or no one available to receive it.

If your order becomes undeliverable and gets sent back to us for the above reasons, we won't issue a refund, but you can request to have it shipped again for a fee. However, if the order is lost or damaged before it makes its way back to us, we can't offer a refund or replacement.

Please remember that once an order has been shipped, we can't change the delivery address.
