Once your order is confirmed, we can't cancel it because our team start processing and preparing it. But, if you realize there's a mistake in your shipping address, you can still reach out to us right away. We'll help if your order hasn't been processed yet.
Make sure you give us the right shipping details because we can't take responsibility if your package can't be delivered or goes to the wrong address due to incorrect info from you. If your order can't be delivered because of this, we can't give you a refund, but you can ask to have it shipped again for a fee.
